At ALS WorkWell Solutions, we believe in a practical, people first approach to rehabilitation, coaching, and workplace wellbeing. Leading our team is Anthony Savage, an experienced Coach, Rehabilitation Case Manager, and Consultant with nearly two decades in rehabilitation and workplace health.

 

Meet Anthony Savage – Lead Coach, Case Manager & Consultant

 

Anthony has spent his career helping people rebuild their lives after injury or illness, supporting them to regain independence and return to work with confidence. His work spans everything from one-on-one coaching and rehabilitation case management to advising businesses on absence management and workplace health strategies.

With a background in both clinical rehabilitation and corporate wellbeing, Anthony focuses on:

 

  • Personalised Coaching – Helping individuals manage injury recovery, chronic pain, mental health challenges, and neurodiversity related workplace adjustments (e.g., ADHD, autism support).

  • Expert Case Management – Assessing needs, creating tailored rehabilitation plans, and coordinating multidisciplinary support.

  • Workplace Health & Wellbeing Consultancy - Advising businesses on employee wellbeing, absence management, return-to-work processes, and workplace adjustments for neurodiverse employees.
     

Anthony brings a practical, down-to-earth approach, ensuring clients feel supported while getting tangible results.

Meet Marloes Molinger – Occupational Therapist & Case Manager

Marloes is a thoughtful, experienced practitioner who blends clinical expertise

with a deep understanding of how health impacts everyday life, at home, in the

community, and at work. With over two decades of experience in neurological

rehabilitation and long term condition management, she specialises in

supporting individuals through complex recovery journeys, including those

experiencing chronic pain, fatigue, and cognitive difficulties.

Her background in both the NHS and private practice has given her a broad

perspective, from early intervention after serious injury to long term support

for conditions affecting work and daily function.

She is particularly skilled in fatigue management, executive functioning support, and neurodiversity informed practice, and she takes a proactive role in helping clients sustain or return to work. Her assessments and recommendations are not only clinically reasoned but grounded in real life practicality, often supporting occupational health providers and employers in managing absence, return-to-work planning, and reasonable adjustments.

Whether working with acquired brain injury, autism, ADHD, or chronic pain, Marloes’s interventions are always person led, enabling clients to build sustainable routines and regain a sense of control and independence.

Meet Simon Bath - Social Worker, Case Manager & Mental Capacity Assessor

Simon is a calm, insightful practitioner with over a decade of experience

supporting clients with complex needs across health and social care. With a

background in social work and specialist qualifications in mental capacity and

best interests assessment, Simon is particularly skilled in navigating sensitive,

high stakes situations with clarity and empathy.

He works with individuals of all ages, from children to older adults, and has

supported clients with a broad range of conditions including brain injury,

neurological disease, autism, ADHD, dementia, learning disabilities, and

mental health needs. Simon recognises and respects cognitive and

behavioural differences, and adapts his communication and planning to

suit each individual. His career has taken him across hospitals, rehabilitation

services, education settings, and statutory care, giving him a rich understanding

of the systems and support people need at different stages of life.

As a case manager, Simon is known for his steady approach to complex scenarios. He excels at bringing together multiple services and perspectives, whether clinical, educational, or social, to build tailored, sustainable care and rehabilitation plans. As a Mental Capacity Assessor, he combines legal knowledge with a compassionate communication style, ensuring assessments are both robust and respectful.

At the heart of Simon’s practice is a commitment to understanding each person as an individual. He listens, collaborates, and builds trust, always working to ensure that his clients are heard, respected, and supported to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.

Meet Anna Fiałkowska – Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Trainee CBT Therapist & Health Psychologist

Anna is an experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who supports

people with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, low mood,

trauma, and long term physical health conditions. She works in both NHS and

private healthcare settings and is known for her calm, collaborative approach.

Anna is qualified in delivering low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

and has helped many people make meaningful changes in their day-to-day lives.

She takes time to understand what matters to each person, and tailors therapy to

their goals and experiences.

She is currently training as a high intensity CBT therapist and studying for a

Doctorate in Health Psychology, building on her clinical work with deeper research

and specialist training. Alongside one-to-one therapy, Anna also runs group

interventions, provides clinical supervision, and has led wellbeing projects within

NHS teams.

Originally from Poland, Anna is a native Polish speaker and offers therapy in both English and Polish. She brings cultural awareness and flexibility to her work with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Anna supports people with a wide range of needs, from health related anxiety and chronic pain to adjusting after illness or trauma. Her focus is always on helping people feel more in control, develop practical tools, and move forward with confidence
