Sickness Absence & Rehabilitation Case Management.
With almost 20 years of hands on experience in sickness absence and rehabilitation case management, I lead a team committed to supporting individuals through complex recovery journeys. Drawing on my background coordinating multidisciplinary support for clients across both public and private sectors, I bring a depth of expertise that underpins everything we do.

My qualifications are rooted in anatomy, physiology, psychology, biomechanics, and health and safety, giving me a strong, evidence based foundation. This knowledge informs our approach to a wide range of cases, including lower and upper limb amputation, chronic pain, musculoskeletal and complex orthopaedic injuries, polytrauma, psychological trauma, mental health challenges, and vocational rehabilitation.
SERVICES

Sickness Absence & Rehabilitation Case Management

Our priority is to ensure the efficient and safe progression of rehabilitation and return to work. We facilitate this by arranging and coordinating comprehensive interdisciplinary support tailored to each individual. Working closely with the client, and where appropriate, their family, employer, insurer, and medical/legal teams, we focus on delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes.

We maintain clear, regular communication with all stakeholders, providing structured updates within agreed budgets and timelines. Outcome measures are routinely reviewed to ensure progress is on track and plans remain relevant to each client's evolving needs.

Immediate Needs Assessment (INA)

During an INA, we assess how a client’s injury or condition is affecting every aspect of their life, from daily living and mobility to emotional wellbeing and employment. We use this information to recommend appropriate services, treatment plans, and any required equipment, always keeping the individual’s goals at the centre.

Our team also provides projected rehabilitation costs (including both statutory and private provisions) and outlines estimated case management hours, helping referrers plan and manage care effectively.
