Both are collaborative, non-directive, and designed to build understanding, confidence and practical coping, not to prescribe what you must do.

Before starting, all clients complete a brief desktop suitability screening to ensure coaching is appropriate for their needs at that time.

UNWIND - Sleep Coaching

 

Structured, short term coaching for people experiencing sleep difficulties.

​

Unwind helps you to:

​

  • understand how sleep works

  • notice patterns in your sleep

  • reflect on routines, habits and stress

  • reduce sleep related worry

  • experiment gradually with changes that feel right for you

​

This is a coaching programme, not medical treatment or therapy, focused on awareness, choice and confidence around sleep.

REBOUND - Injury Recovery Coaching

 

Coaching to rebuild confidence and resilience during injury recovery.

​

Rebound supports people who are finding recovery frustrating, uncertain or emotionally challenging. The focus is on your experience of recovery, not your physical treatment.

​

It helps you to:

​

  • rebuild confidence and self-belief

  • manage setbacks and uncertainty

  • regain a sense of control

  • reflect on motivation, routine and identity

  • cope better with the ups and downs of recovery

​

Rebound is designed to complement (not replace) physiotherapy, occupational health, or psychological support.
